Natasha Bowman, JD, is the President of The Natasha Bowman Consulting Group and The Bowman Foundation for Workplace Equity and Mental Wellness. She has led the HR function for Fortune 500 companies and healthcare organizations, including a behavioral health hospital. As a respected educator, Natasha has shared her expertise in graduate HR programs at esteemed institutions such as Manhattan College, Fordham University, The Jack Welch Management Institute, and Georgetown University. Her advocacy for inclusive workplaces has earned her numerous accolades and awards, establishing her as a prominent voice in the field and a LinkedIn Top Voice for Workplace Mental Health designation.
