We’re here for you if you’re struggling with your mental health or supporting a loved one. We welcome you to our programs in person at our office, 307 W. 38th Street, 8th Fl, Manhattan. You can also access our classes, support groups, and many of our programs virtually.
Every day, people contact us and find hope. Dealing with mental illness is not easy – not for the person with the illness, nor for the people in their life. NAMI-NYC gives many people hope for the first time. We can only do that because of YOU.

NAMI-NYC saved my life. I was in a bad place prior to attending my first Support Group. I could no longer carry the load by myself. I was bursting at the seams and saw myself going into a dark place that was familiar.
