When mental health is affecting you or someone you love, we can help. When you reach out to our Helpline, a trained peer will help and support you. Our Helpline responders have lived experience – they are either family members who love and support someone with mental illness or they are people living with a mental health challenge themselves. We can speak to you over the phone in English, Spanish, Chinese, and 180 other languages:
