How It Works
Every interaction is confidential. We do not contact your parents, school, or anyone else without your permission. We are here to help you when you are struggling.
If you reach out Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM, someone from our Helpline team will be available. If you contact us after hours, we’ll follow up as long as you leave a number.
You’ll first connect with a trained Helpline staff member or intern. If you’re interested in speaking with someone closer to your age who has personal experience with mental health challenges, we can also help set up an appointment with our Youth Peer Leader. It’s totally up to you and what you need!
This service is completely free. We won’t ask for your insurance information, household income, or immigration status.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 988 for the National Suicide Prevention and Crisis Lifeline or visit their website: www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org. Crisis counselors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

“If you’re unsure about calling the Helpline, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are peers and family members ourselves. We understand. And we want you to know you’re not alone,”
“It’s incredible to develop these relationships over time and truly help callers navigate family relationships, as well as mental healthcare, supportive housing, and other public systems.”
