We must decriminalize people with mental illness. Join us when NAMI-NYC hosts a press conference and rally on the steps of New York City City Hall. We will hear from elected officials on upcoming legislative priorities and NAMI-NYC Ambassadors will share their stories. #HealthcareNotHandcuffs
