My name is Betsy and I am from Williamsburg, VA. I am excited to be on the ‘22 TCS New York City Marathon NAMI-NYC Runs Team! I love to run and completed 2 marathon and 1 half in 2021. Another passion of mine is mental health. My mom has a mental illness and her condition has taught me so much about mental health — how to be a true support and how to ask for and receive support. I am grateful that an organization like NAMI-NYC exists. Looking forward to advocating for NAMI-NYC this year!
