Barbara is the Founder and CEO of Two Rivers Partners, LLC, a partnership of senior executives who’ve dedicated their careers to preparing organizations to navigate today’s most disruptive forces. Barbara’s extensive work experience in prominent strategy consulting firms led her to found TRP in 2015. Barbara has over 30 years of experience in leadership, human capital, and transformation, including at Willis Towers Watson, Capgemini, and Ernst & Young. Barbara strongly advocates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and is passionate about mental health from her and her family’s experiences. Barbara stands for de-stigmatizing mental illness and is known for transparently sharing her experience to encourage other leaders to do the same. Barbara’s vision is to make the workplace safe for everyone to care for their mental wellness needs.
