We are the National Alliance on Mental Illness of New York City (NAMI-NYC). Please use the full name or NAMI-NYC when referring to our organization. NAMI refers to NAMI National, which is a separate organization.
NAMI-NYC is an independent non-profit serving families and individuals affected by mental illness across the five boroughs. Our office is conveniently located in midtown Manhattan.
NAMI-NYC’s phonetic pronunciation is like “Mommy.” The phonetic is: “Nommy En Why See.”
Please be sure to always refer to us as NAMI-NYC and never as NAMI.
We use the classic Reflex Blue NAMI-NYC vertical logo. Download PNG and EPS versions here. NAMI-NYC recently celebrated its 40th anniversary. We had a special logo during that time and it’s no longer in use.
We use Franklin Gothic for print. We use Montserrat and Open Sans for digital products.
Reflex Blue is our primary color. CMYK: C=100 M=82 Y=0 K=2 | RGB: R=0 G=83 B=159 | HEX CODE: #0c499c
