Our son Bruce took his life eleven days before his 58th birthday. He was a loving, bright and passionate person. 

Unfortunately, the demons that he had to live with were too much to bear. He could not do or be what he dreamed of and in frustration he took his life. This has been a long hard journey for our family with tremendous suffering and we are all glad that Bruce is finally resting in peace.  

Bruce’s legacy is his brain donation to science at Columbia University. He also donated his liver and kidneys to save other people’s lives.
