This session is for – and taught by – young adults (those who are between the ages of 18-30). Taught by a team of trained “mentors” who are living healthy and productive lives with mental illness. Participants learn the tools needed to take control of their own wellness and recovery.
This is an 8-week class Saturdays, 11am-1pm, May 3 – Jun 21. You must register and attend all sessions starting on May 3.
