NAMI-NYC Community Run (In Person)
Walking and running has significant benefits for your physical and mental health. Get some exercise, enjoy the outdoors, and build community with NAMI-NYC! We’re looking for diverse members and run leaders. People of all ages and paces, including walking,will be very welcome. The running group is rain or shine, but we will cancel for inclement weather. Please check the website before heading out. Cancellations will be announced by noon the day of the group.
