Yoanna Setzer

I am a corporate attorney at Cooley LLP and I assist clients in private and public merger and acquisition transactions, across multiple industries. I received my JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2019. I have a passion for short stories, poetry, and writing and am a member of the board of directors of Four Way Books. I believe in the importance of advocating for mental health issues and supports the educational programs, advocacy and supportive services that NAMI-NYC provides to those dealing with mental health issues. I currently live in Brooklyn, New York.
