A support group for teens ages 14-18 living with mental health challenges, facilitated by near peers (someone close in age with lived experience). This group is a safe space to develop coping skills, share common experiences, build self-advocacy skills, and connect with others who truly understand. Join us every Thursday from 5:30-6:30 PM.
What is this group?
It’s a space to talk about how you’re doing and connect with other teens who get it. The group works best for teens who are open to listening, sharing, and talking about what helps them cope.
This group is not a replacement for therapy or other behavioral health treatment.

You don’t need parental/guardian consent to attend.
Can parents or adults join the group?
No, this group is for teens only. Adults should not join the group.
If a parent or adult logs on, they will be removed from the meeting.

Can I join more than one teen group?
Yes! You’re welcome to join both teen groups on Wednesday and Thursday if you’d like and if they feel helpful to you.
