Basics is a 6-week class for parents and caregivers of children and adolescents (17 and younger) with behavioral or emotional issues, or mental health diagnoses. Not associated with autism.
Family-to-Family is an 8-week class for families, caregivers, and friends of adults (18 and over) living with mental illness, also offered in Spanish and Chinese. Our Family-to-Family Black community centers around the unique mental health struggles that Black communities face.
Family and Friends is a 90-minute seminar for families, caregivers, as well as friends of adults living with mental illness.
