NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 8-week class for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery. This session is for – and taught by – young adults (those who are between the ages of 18-30). Taught by a team of trained “mentors” who are living healthy and productive lives with mental illness. Participants learn the tools needed to take control of their own wellness and recovery.
