If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 988 for the National Suicide Prevention and Lifeline or visit their website: www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org. Crisis counselors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
NEW! Starting in February 2025, we will be expanding our Helpline to include calls from teens ages 14–17, with peers close in age available to chat and provide support to our teen community members.
When mental health is affecting you or someone you love, we can help. Whether you or a family member is struggling with their mental health, we can speak to you over the phone in English, Spanish, Chinese, and 180 other languages.
We are trained staff and volunteers who have lived experience with mental illness. We understand because we’ve been through it.

“Just know that we are here to guide and support you. Everything you share on our Helpline is confidential. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you call–we can do that together.”
