I have been running since 1983 in high school. In the last 10 years my running has grown enormously from daily solitary workouts, to running clubs and competitive racing. The shift has been life enriching. The love of people, life, NYC, and running events combined has been revolutionary for me as well as a major life discovery upon entering the running community. This is all complimentary to my work with NAMI-NYC and psychiatry. To have a blend of these two worlds is a driving force of good in my life and for others.
