My name is Madailein and I am 24 years old. I currently live in Brooklyn and I am a mental health therapist at New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center. I am a huge advocate for accessible and affordable mental health services. I believe everyone has the right to access these services and that we need more therapists who are willing to work with all types of populations. I am running with NAMI-NYC because they offer the opportunity for mental health services for people who might not have been able to always afford them.
