My name is Michaella Baker and I am a global and mental health advocate from Chicago. I received my BA in History of Science, Medicine and Public Health from Yale University in 2016 and received my Master of Public Health Degree from Yale School of Public Health in 2017 focusing on Social and Behavioral Sciences. Currently I am a JD-MBA student at Northwestern University, where I am focusing on mental health innovation and policy. I am excited to run for NAMI-NYC to continue my passion for mental health advocacy and awareness.
