My name is Rachel Breindel and I am a Vice President at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, providing wealth management solutions and advice to individuals and families across their investment, lending, estate planning and banking needs. I primarily work with senior executives at private and public companies, founders and entrepreneurs. I joined J.P. Morgan as a Summer Analyst in June 2012 and returned full time in 2013 after graduating from The University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. Originally from Tenafly, New Jersey, I currently reside in New York City. In my spare time, I enjoy running in Central Park, cooking, exploring NYC’s best restaurants, and spending time with my family and friends. My running journey started during March of 2020 when the world shut down and SoulCycle was no longer an option. Exercise has always been an outlet for me to help combat my own struggles with anxiety. The need for this escape only increased during this time and propelled me into running, which has now become an essential part of my routine. Mental health is a term that is tossed around a lot and misunderstood by many. I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health issues that impact me, my family, and millions of others worldwide. This cause is very close to my heart and running with NAMI-NYC in the 2022 NYC Marathon to support this cause could not be a greater honor.
