Sarah Bonde

I’m Sarah, I’m 26 years old currently living in Manhattan and I’m so excited to be running the United Airlines Half Marathon with NAMI-NYC! I currently work as a marketing manager for Capital One Travel, and absolutely love traveling in my free time (I’ve been all around the US and to Spain, France and the Dominican Republic just this year!). I also am an avid musician, and love to write & perform my own songs on my guitar or keys. I’m thrilled to be running for NAMI-NYC because promoting mental health & wellness is deeply personal for me — as someone who’s struggled with anxiety/depression my whole life, I know just how important having a good support system is, and I couldn’t be more excited to run & help fund NAMI-NYC’s critical work.
