Supporting Adults Caring for Kids & Teens with Mental Health Challenges

Schedule an Ending the Silence (ETS) presentation. Middle and high school students, parents/caregivers, and staff will learn about skills and resources to strengthen mental health. This presentation is available in English and Spanish.
Join our 40 support groups for peers and family members, such as our Parents group and Family & Friends of People Living with Thoughts of Suicide group. Many of our groups are virtual.
Enroll in one of our evidence-based classes to learn information, tools, and strategies needed to help your loved one, and better support yourself. Basics is a 6-week class for parents and caregivers of children and teens with behavioral or emotional issues, or mental health diagnoses. This class is offered in English and Spanish.
Connect with another caregiver over the phone through our Family Match program for information and emotional support. We can provide support in English or Spanish.
