I am an entrepreneur and certified pharmacy technician. I am also part of the pageant community and currently hold the title of Miss Mission Puerto Rico. As someone who struggles from anxiety and panic attacks, I have become a big mental health advocate. I strive to continue educating others on mental health and ending the stigma surrounding it. I use my social media platform to host live sessions with other individuals who deal with mental illness as well as health care professionals. I am currently on my journey of health and wellness knowing that physical health plays a vital role in mental health. As a result, I am in the process of getting certified as a nutrition coach and personal trainer. As an active runner, I am excited to partner with NAMI-NYC for the 2022 TCS Marathon and continue my advocacy on mental health.
