I am a native New Yorker and am running my first marathon with NAMI-NYC. I chose to run with NAMI-NYC because this organization means a lot to my family and I. In 2019, I lost my twin brother due to mental illness. I hope to spread awareness for those struggling with mental illness. I am looking forward to running with Team NAMI-NYC Runs.
